Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, e-mail contact@eurocollection.eu. Include the username or confirmed e-mail address associated with the account, but never include your password or recovery codes.

Security reports

For a suspected vulnerability or compromised account, e-mail contact@eurocollection.eu. Do not publish passwords, session cookies, two-factor codes, or personal data in a public forum.

Before contacting us

For an incorrect coin detail, use the Report a problem button on that coin first. This sends the relevant catalogue reference to the administrators and helps them resolve the issue faster.
